Terpikir-pikir apa nak buat hari ni, click sana sini mencari resepi from pakar-pakar masakan FP.. i decided to go for Brownies. HoHoH Oooo  utk org yg tak pernah buat cake macam saya, plus with muffin yg tak jadi recently HUH! kinda cool for me to choose this. Tapi being Fauziah.Harun ni, tak pernah ada istilah kalah ehem.. ehem.. tapi dlm hati, terdetik jugak, kojol aku kali ni kalau tak jadi. Bukan sikit-sikit bahan..........

Bercerita about ice cream ni.. actually I tak berapa minat my kids ni beli this type of ice-cream from the street peddlers....my main concerns is the hygience...how they sell it and not to mention the cleanliness...I am a bit fussy about cleanliness & hygience ni.......Wanna tell you a story, ada one day tu while waiting for the kids to be adjourned from school, ternampaklah peddler ni..tengah lap peluh, maklumlah panaskan...so, nampaklah peluh2 yang meleleh tu...and then, comes the children, he just prepared the said ice-creams for them...for sure tak basuh kan  pakai glove lagi la tak. OMG!!!!! I was like   ....my mind wonders..waht about nature call???WOOOO...., Since, that day, I always remind my kids about the hygience..ice-cream etc; however...kids being kids....esok, lusa...lupa... tapi yg ini, pejam mata je la.. dah anak-anak beli kan..being a mother, i appreciate saja apa yg di beri

Akeef's story.....sama macam his sister, Akeef was born at the same hospital and the same doctor on 13 October 1999. A year after Aryssa. The name was chosen of the uniqueness...derived from Akif - "yang menumpukan diri pada sesuatu" or concentrate. As usual, hubby changed the "i" to "e". Airyll was picked as to jive with hubby's name.
Akeef or as he wanted to be called "Akit" was vunerable...since baby, dia kerap sakit. Starting from prolong jaundice after 3 days of born. Siap kena transfer from PUSRAWI to NCCU, HUKM. His jaundice was considered serious and would require extreme care. Sampai ke stage nak kena buat blood transfusion lagi. My 'pantang' was in the hospital itself. For almost 2 weeks, kena berulang from house...that time in Sg Buluh to HUKM, Bandar Tun Razak. Sedih tengok dia...luckily towards the 2 weeks, the blood transfusion was not required.
Upon discharged, problem tak settled.....everynite menangis from 11pm to morning. Tak tahulah kena apa...then from age 6 months sampailah 5/6 years...every month we will camped at SJMC. Demam will meant that admission was required. SJMC tu dah jadi 2nd house. Kena nebulizerlah..injection...medcines...macam2 ada...Dia ada masalah bronchitis sikit and body immunization quite weak. Strangely, masa dia standard 1, we enrolled him dalam swimming class which required him to swim almost every nite, his body became stronger. Lungs better and demam pun dah boleh kira. His paed has no qualms having him to swim at night. Now, he is fine...sakit demam biasa2 aja.
Personality wise, Akit is the opposite of Aryssa..he's playful, jovial and everything to him is game, cartoon and tv....nasib baik exam okay...manjang straight 'A's aja..tak tahu bilerlah dia study...further, he is quite independent...boleh bawak diri and main sendiri...ada aja idea....One thing that we realized that dia creative sikit...like to buat things from cardboard and papers..memacam toys dibuat. Drawing is his favorite pastime.....manjanglah kena beli sketch book kat dia...as dia akan draw - hands free, mind you....all the character from comics, playing cards, magazines.....semua dia akan copy balik in the sketch book....for most, banyaklah his favorite action character macam BEN 10, X-Men, Disney's...hope dia boleh maintain in all aspects - study, hobby, games etc.

Sometimes when I started to jot something on FP...my 2 kids mesti look over my shoulder and they alwiz see Azeef's story n little bit of them. Kadang2 boleh nampak enviness tu...biasalah kidz, anyway being siblings, they love their baby bro...so, they don't care at all...
So, today I decided nak buat a short note on my only daughter...later the 2nd.....
Aryssa Aryanna, born on 5 August 1998 at PUSRAWI Kajang under the care of Prof Dr Jamil Sharif. We both really wanted a baby gal that time as we are coming from family of boys. Hubby is having 4 brothers and me 5 brothers. Alhamdulillah..doa kami dimakbulkan so that day was one of the happiest day of our life....Aryssa came to this world.....Hubby yang bagi nama tu as I leave it to him to decide...even masa pregnancy...memang nak letak Aryssa....we took the name from Sofia Jane's daughter Arissa...sound so sweet. Hubby changed the "i" to "y" as to make it different. Aryanna came from Ariana Teoh...the model, we saw her picture in the newspaper masa dalam ward. Aryanna sounds cool and boleh jive with Aryssa...hence, Aryssa Aryanna. Then again the "i" was replaced. Janganlah jadi model......biarlah jadi model to the family and the rest of siblings.
Aryssa's personality is a bit quiet...matured. Tak cakap banyak and most of the time..kept things to herself. i need to use my intelligences and methods just to find out if there is problem. Once clicked, she will open up and disclose everything....kadang-kadang, mak bedah pun kalah. She likes to read and spells thing out. Kalau spelling...mesti score. Tapi bila exam, average. Aryssa mmg i kena guide. Tapi dlm average, she always masuk "Spelling Bee" contest at school level. Sports..swimming n running....we never thought dia boleh dapat 2nd place masa merentas desa haritu....probably becoz of the stamina she built masa training swimming 3km everyday 5 times a week kat PADE.

Huh.. segar.. have my short nap tadi, berat skit kepala.. just came back frm com&ben class.
Time flies....so fast and sometimes it just passed without us doing anything....just passed our grasped and no matter how much you want to hold it...still you can't beat em....
Anyway, dah dah masuk 9 bulan since Azeef was born...so much fun and joy to see his laughter, tear, cries, smiles....so much of development right under your eyes....I missed those for the other two as I was working back then.....but now, for Azeef...he is developing under my care.....betullah orang kata, time dia membesar waktu ni is the best but...bila time schooling we can't see....they will develop so fast and then bila kita sedar....diaorang dah nak amik PMR, UPSR, SPM etc.......
For Azeef....dia dah ada 2 batang gigi..YES!!!...so cute...satu atas n satu bawah....crawl belum lagi...tapi standby aja...just in position macam Soyuz but no countdown yet....Now dah pandai nak marah....will reiterate kalau kita say don't if he wanted to touch anything.....kalau CD dalam kereta jgn cakap...abis semua kat floor board.

Esok CLASS!!! - Compensation & Benefit[Com&Ben] Huh! ni subject tough ni kata hubby. Apa-apa pun I must pass this subject pass with good grading.. pass aje semua org bolekan?? Ermmm, I terpaksa dropped this paper last yr, as I have to delivered my 3rd one last Aug 2007. Only 2 more papers left incl'g this for me to join my batch for my convocation this November!!!!
Ok, Today I am too tired as yesterday was bz with so much things. As usual.. my monthly duties.. start kereta gi atm keluar duit, masuk duit then masuk bank keluar bank..etc. hehehe  mcm biasa bayar segala hutang & utilities pastu gi buat fomema my maid. Huh... sampai umah flat
So, today's breakfast I decided to panaskan semalam punya chicken curry makan dgn roti. Smlm dlm penat2 sempat juga yek buat c.curry & puding roti. Ermm, mmg sedap. Anyway, this is my family favorite dish. Pagi ni I sambung tidur till 10.40a.m tu yg breakfast pun dah jadi "brunch"...hahahhaha. What? 10.40??? kalau duduk rumah mak mertua ni, mmg dah kena panggil pemalas. .. but anywy, my mom in law cool!... BEST!.. kira bertuah la I dpt mom-I.L mcm tu..
Today, tak ada plan apa pun...weekend...so, everything slow aja.....after lunch relaks and lepak....then keluar kejap gi teman hubby & akeef haircut...then hubby lapar ...makan jap kat kedai mamak Bukit Jelutong tu....everywhere ada mamak kan. Campak aja memana, tetap hidup....kaw ni area baru Bukit Jelutong's new shop lots area called D'Pangkin Bukit Jelutong...semua ada, Mydin, 7e, hardware, clinic, dental, stationary, Restoran Mamak got 2, Malay got 3 restaurants incl. 1 belongs to my hubby's colleague - own by his spouse actually.. Restoran Kayu Manis, he's a SGM at Weatherford food mmg sedap kat situ. I nak promote skit......

Oh ya, I received a comment saying benda2 yg tak best.. & to me org tu ada niat yg tersendiri which i can call as "Narrow Minded" i guess.
HELLO.... sorry if I sound bad. Well, I am lucky because I have more time in life, with my family.. or maybe later on career.. yeah, happy & happy! with what i am doing now. I still can do what u guys out there do and still have time for my shopping, hang around with my friends, do hair & foot treatment, HUH! bla.. bla..bla tak payah nak type lagi kan. & most important thingggg, I am very open minded house wife versus typical traditional hse wife. Yg 24jam duduk rumah. O.K. "So. Pls mind your own business".

Happy Workers' Day Untuk Semua.....Cuti di tengah minggu...esok mesti ada yg ambil annual leave, so dapatlah 4 hari straight....kalau di China 3 hari tu....... Indonesia pun cuti today tapi for different reason..agama.
Lama tak jot anything for FP ni....nak cerita pasal my experience buat muffin semalam.. wuarrghhhh  ...frust gila-gila.....semua measuremant & steps in the recipe followed accordingly..tapi tak jadi langsung.....my muffin tak naik and macam bantat ....tak gebu....salah baking powder ke? lebih flour ker? ke tak pukul telur sampai kembang?? anyone boleh bagi suggestion or guidance? Kak Liza?Mamafami?Erna? Sis Daalia?....ada suggestion yang boleh membantu? plse.. plse... kesiannya my 2 kids..
Tapi dlm keras2 tu yg peliknya, 1 hari je muffin tu bertahan.. habis gak yek

Actually, we don't like to have someone else in the house.. feels like having an alien.. before hubby decided to take a maid utk tolong2.. i feel like tak nakkkkk.. tapi bila mengenangkan badan pun makin penat, stress with non-stop work.. then i keep & makan.. makan.. plus i hv to manage 2 trips as a mom's taxi to the school plus to carry my little baby... balik sambung keje.. til nite.. i am flat. Since ada azeef, jgn kan nak duduk sebelah kakak & akeef nak check homework pun jauh sekali...resultnya, my kids's result jatuh merundum.. 1st time ada HURUF "D" in their monthly test slip.. even tho' agama.. but for me it's still important coz the mark is carry frwd in their pksr. Tu yg periksa no. 15 even all 5 subjects are "A".
Ok, back to cerita maid. This is our 3rd maid. The 1st one named Saliyena. Good maid, pandai kemas, masak, & yg paling penting jaga budak.. sbb i masih bekerja during her tenure. 2nd one.. named Ida. Mmg good, tip-top keje. Tak yah suruh still young, but only bertahan abt 2wks. It was a horror history in our family. 3days after medical check-up, i received a called from dr & asked to come immediatly to the clinic ada bad result on her. Kami mmg totally kena hantar dia balik indon. Sampai2 aje clinic, Dr said she has HEPATITIS-B What??? ya allah, punya la takutnya i... aduiiii... tuhan aje yg tahu masa tu.. geramnya pada agent tu... .... rasa mcm nak pitam pun ada i masa tu.. Ye lah, takut sgt2 kot berjangkit to our family. I am speechless. That time i was sarat mengandungkan my 3rd one - Azeef. We one family had a blood test advised by the Dr.. alhamdullilah.. we all O.K.
After this horor story.. I decided not to deal with any maids anymore.. fobia sgt. Tapi tu la... kita hanya merancang. This is my 3rd one name Umsiri. Hope she's fine. So far so good la. Masih awal utk judge. Maklumlah... byk juga kawan & relatives having bad experience with this people.. ermmm, well i don't need to explain more about this.. everybody knows what i meant for.  tapi i tawakal sahaja. Insya allah, baik niat.. baik la segala2nya.
Now our house is clean than before. Tak penat. And the most important things is... TV dah tak layan anak-anak i dah... now i have more & more time with my kids.. main snackes & ladders, scrabble...buat kuih.. masak... Opssss, Akeef & kakak's lunch pun dah tak beli dah dlm 2hari ni.... hehehe, O...k. lah tu....

Today is a tiring day for us... our plan this morning is to clean up our apartment in Bdr Country Homes, Rawang. The unit was left by our previous tenant...well, knowing "rumah sewa"...kalau orang left, sure there are lots of things that need to be repaired, clean etc. etc...which sometimes is very grosss. Cian hub & me.. rasa macam nak.....  Well..forget it. As penat ni di bayar balik.. alhamdullilah, end of this month there is a new tenant.. hope they are fine...
After we have partly cleaned the said unit, we decided to call it a day...it was very tiring. So we went to take our quick lunch somewhere in Sg Buluh....later, decided nak survey oven as dah banyak recipes that can be learned via FP and most of them...rasanya I can do it for my kidz...so, might as well beli aja oven. At 1st decided nak survey aja tak terfikir pun nak beli....last2, OHH THANK YOU HUB... for buying me the oven!!! hubby tahu sgt yg i sebut2 nak oven dh lama.. cuma kadang2 tak teringat & terpikir to that important to buy. Apa-apa pun YES!! i dpt oven.. promise to bake a cookies, cakes, muffins byk2.. so pasni, gi rumah My father i bwk cake.. gi rumah mother in-law.. bawak cookies lak. huhu.... Oh ya, nak balas kasi choc cake to my friend Suhaila gak.. sedap choc cake Suhaila that day.. urrmm, yummie-yummie.
O.K.. citer psl surprise ni  , hubby, he is always like that.. suka make me surprise & happy. My anniversary gift last Nov pun pada mula nya dia ajak2 survey jugak.. tapi sebenarnya dia dah deal baik dgn salesman tu... so, resultnya i got a gift from my husband a mpv.Hmmm, i really love u abang.. love not because of money.. materials or what u hv given to me.. but is ur kindness & sincerity to our marriage & to the kidz..
Ok, balik pada Oven, actually i never had this benda for entire life.. sbb before ni, i was too bz with my work.. to me kalau nak makan cake, beli aje. asal nak cookies.. order aje.. but now, being as full time housewife... harus rajin belajar benda2 ni.. lagipun i hv more time at home.. furthermore, hubby is providing me with a maid.. which, tomorrow akan sampai Malaysia... so, insya allah, i got more & more time with my kids & husband... TQ.. TQ.. dear. Muahhh.
I't just a simple & basic oven.. as hubby said, new house esok will make a build in.. O.k cool, janji can bake.....

Urrmm, mummy dah masukan all the accessories, esok leh cari bahan & bake muffin huhu....
